1. Any return of exchange of items will be applicable within 7 days upon receiving of item.
2. Shortage/ Wrong item received: - Provide picture of item contents within the parcel package. - Provide picture of the parcel package with the delivery information. - Shipping fee will be incurred from seller end.
3. Defective item: - Provide picture of the defective area of the received item. - Shipping fee will be incurred from seller end.
4. Buyer’s change of mind: - Would like to change to other available products or does not want the item anymore. - Item must remain in their intact condition, or otherwise unused with their original packaging/tags/labels/seals attached. - Provide picture of the item to seller end. - Shipping fee will be incurred from buyer's end.

I'm so sorry if you feel unpleasant with our response. I totally feel you but the reason why we did not reply to your query is because we have to check with our warehouse crew during office hours.
It's our fault anyway as we should have told you about that in 1st place. Pertaining your order, we have checked with our warehouse crew and it's confirmed that we have sent your items wrongly. We will arrange delivery man to collect the wrong sent item from you either by today or tomorrow. And then we'll send the replacement to you the soonest we can. How's that sound?

I'm sorry but we can only collect the parcel 1st. After examine the condition of the product (unwashed and their tags are unaltered and intact) we will then send the replacement to you.
The whole process will take around 2-4 working days. We will send 3rd party deliveryman to collect the item from you between 9 AM - 6 PM, is that fine with you?

I have already confirmed with you that the White T Large is still intact in the plastic sheet! Why can’t you send me the correct items that I have ordered at the same time? In the first place if you have sent me the correct items, I need not waste my time here discussing this issue with You! This is really frustrating and disappointing! |
